Why, hello there, my dearest Fluffies~!!!

Welcome to Rae's Monday Panic Cleaning, the Aroma Edition! My dear fluffies, when your place is clean as a whistle, then you will need to have it smell delicious too~! Follow me as I, Random Rae, show you some of my dearest and cheapest tips on getting sweet smelling scents from all over your house!

Lemon/Orange Peels as Instant Deodorizer

I love using lemon when I cook, and I make sure not to waste even the peels! Just pop some peels into your trash dispenser and it'll help with the smell! The lemon peels cannot fully eliminate the smells, but it can definitely contain it! At least, you can have some safe distance of breathing fresh lemony air! The same goes for orange peels, not only it gives you the needed Vitamin C daily intake, the peels help as a deodorizer!

Sweet Smelling Soap = Sweet Smelling Cabinet and Drawers

I cannot, for the life of me, understand why people are fond of giving me soap. Do I look like a person who doesn't like showers? o_o

Anyway, I'm not complaining. I just pop two inside my cabinet and one for each my drawers so I can have my clothes smell like the fragrant soap!

Unused Teabags becomes Food Container Odor Eliminator

Food containers that contain foul-smelling entities are a bane to my existence!! I can't even repurpose those food containers anymore because of the foul smell that sticks to my plastic! Being an avid tea drinker, I have a lot of teabags lying around. I take about 3 bags (note: these are in sachets) and pop them inside the container. It takes about 2 to 3 weeks for the smell to lessen, and sometimes depends on the type of tea that I've put in.

The most effective in taking away the odor for me were: Jasmine Green Tea, Cinnamon Green Tea and English Breakfast Black Tea. They have strong smells and can easily counter the icky smell left behind on the containers!

So there you have it, my dear Fluffies. Now.. What cheap tricks do YOU do to keep your house smelling fresh and sweet?

Keep your heads and happy noses stuffed~!
