The rumors have come to a rest! Apple has finally release the products that we've anticipated for and a new surprise for us all.

Every inch an iPad

(Yes, we get it Apple!)

The iPad mini has finally been confirmed! It is good to note that the miniature iPads have aluminium back covers that help address on the scratch-friendliness of the older generations. The 7.89 inch screensize with the new dual-core A5 chip, sure sounds tempting. We'll just have to wait for the reviews on this one. So far, people have commented on the faster transitions with the A5 core chip. Weighing less than a pound, and is housed with finger-print resistant oleophobic coating, this iPad Mini has a bit of a promise. Another noteworthy thing, backside illumination for the camera. (Brace yourselves for people taking photos with a smaller ipad... with one hand!!) It also boasts of almost 10 hours of battery life, something that wasn't perfected with the previous pads. I sure hope they hold true to this promise.

The iPad Mini comes with a "competitive" price of $329 for the 16gb model and up to $529 + $130 if you decide to go for the 4G LTE.

The 4th-gen ipad.... not so much.. Just an A6X core chip.. with the new lightning connector of course. Hurrah! Pricing starts at $499 USD for Wifi and up to $629 with 4G LTE. (yikes.)

iMac

THIS is absolutely the best thing that has happened in the special event! Yes. Five. Freaking. Millimetres. That's how thick your screen will ever get! Bundled with a minimum 2.5 GHz quad-core i5 processor, 8 gb RAM, 1 TB harddrive, with a minimum NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M graphics processor. This iMac is a beaut! It's thin, sleek and super fast!

Being the pessimist that I am, I'm now waiting for multiple reviews on the iMac heating issues. Something has definitely got to give, and that would literally be the HEAT.

Mac Mini

A minor update on the appearance, 7.7 inches square and 1.4 inches thick! The guts update concerns only on the bumping up of the minimal specs to 2.5GHz dual-core processor and a 500 gb hard drive. Maximum innate specs would contain 2.3GHz quad-core processor with a 1 terabyte hard drive.

Retina Display for 13 inch Macbook Pros

We all knew this was coming. The reviews for the Retina Display isn't that good. So I'm not sure how anybody from the Designing world would react to this. They've already had some problems with the colors in it. However, i've heard some other people praise the Retina Display with fervent and flowery words.

Conclusion

Apple has given us some new products and some choices to consider in the tablet world. Definitely a huge thumbs up on the new iMac

However, this is not innovation. This is something we've already seen before and not I applaud them for the new thin Macbook Air, but by the end of the day, the question still lies. "What would Steve Jobs present if he were allive today?"

The best things from Apple this year would have to be the iPod Touch 5th gen, and the revamped iMac.

As I've said before, tread carefully good techie Fluffies. This is not the Apple that we used to know.

Keep your heads stuffed!
